I'm not a whiner I'm realistic Philly and Atl are winning they smell blood in the water, at least 2 losses to the Yanks will follow...this team may even sink back to .500 by the end of the month.

I know a team that is not good enough to win when I see it, and brutha, this is it

I am realistic as well. I also *occasionally* complain. But to do it over and over and just be a downer... is just being silly.

We should take two against the Yanks. Johnson has looked like ASS recently. I have a feeling we will light him up tomorrow.

I doubt it. He literally has looked "Lima-bad". They sent him to get a goddam MRI... because they were scared he was THAT bad recently.

You really do dump on sharku too much, Hire. We need guys like him around here when people are printing world series tickets.

Yes, I realize I just made a post about how we should expect victory, but that's not the point.

The point is, when winning isn't enough for someone and they have to throw it in others faces to enjoy it, they end up doing things like putting "26-time world champions" on their fucking garbage cans and end up coming off as pricks.

If we win this division, we've earned the right to talk some [CENSORED] towards Atlanta and their fans after 11-straight division titles. But I'm only doing that if they interrupt my party, not seeking them out. And I'm sure as hell not going to mock my fellow Mets fans during the party. I'm just going to spray champagne on them.

I'll do what I want JP, but thanks for the concern. He knows I'm kidding with him, anyway. He deserves to be mocked for posting the things he has this year.

You're a grown up. I just thought of the garbage can thing and felt a little zen.

I think I watched Star Wars three on HBO14 too much on Sunday.
